Order Processing Times

Typically, all orders are processed within the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays, following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is shipped. During busy periods, such as promotional events or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Chargers and Estimated Delivery 

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard and Express Shipping options are available - fees are estimated based on the order total and delivery location.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia (Standard) 2–6 business days
Australia (Express) 1–3 business days

These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and reflect updates in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping 

Shipping costs and delivery times for international shipping for will be calculated at checkout. 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been fulfilled.
