At Her Lash Space Supplies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note the following regarding returns:

Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 

- If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for a return or exchange if applicable.

Return Process

For any approved returns, items must be sent back in their original packaging. 

Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

- We will assess the matter and work with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order passes to the customer, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
